The newest addition to our menu, but one that was able to carve out a special place in the hearts of many of us right from the start, through some dishes that immediately became bestsellers.<\/p>

Our \u201cClub Sandwich\u201d and \u201cthe Warm Seafood Salad\u201d are just two examples of a different way of rethinking a lunch break that, when all is said and done, winks at transalpine bistros, offering unique dishes that are generous, extremely tasty and prepared with the same care as those we would cook for our families.<\/p>

In GALLIANO, we give you a great chance to taste authentic taste of world famous Italian classic- pasta in different forms and shapes! <\/p>

You can choose tomato sauce, beef ragout, pesto or amatriciana. If you wish to try something you have never tasted before, we offer you a traditional sauce very typical in Viareggio, called trabaccolara. \u201cTrabacco\u201d was the name of the boats of the fishermen that came from San Benedetto del Tronto to live and fish in Viareggio from the 1920\u2019s to the 1930\u2019s. It was a sauce prepared on board, perfect yet simple.
All sauces are made every day by our cooks, just to make sure we serve you only the best products. Did you know that for Italians pasta is just one of the choice for a first dish? In GALLIANO food you can also find gnocchi or meat ravioli (called tordelli) with a sauce of your choice. Home-made food out? It started here, from a machine that arrived from the United States and was delivered to us in January 1981, what appears to be the first fast-food restaurant in Italy.<\/p>

Since then, we always cook the same meat: 100% Italian beef accompanied by vegetables from our local fruit and vegetable markets, for the shortest possible supply chain and express preparation at the time of order.<\/p>

From some classics that have always distinguished us, such as the timeless GallianoBurger – with peas and cheese – to the more modern Angus or vegetarian burgers, our burgers follow the path of simple genuineness that has characterised our cuisine since its inception, marking a continuity that lasts through time and tells our story, where everything served first passes through our families’ tables.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
