In our pastry shop, the short pastry is the main protagonist, from an old recipe we prepare numerous specialities perfect for every moment of the day.
And then you will find pastries, croissants, cream puffs and many other good things that our workshop churns out every day, such as an exquisite “Fondant au Chocolat”: a chocolate brick with a soft and incredibly tasty heart!

Salty
For many, breakfast is only sweet, but others prefer savoury. We haven’t forgotten about them at all; on the contrary, our trusted bakery brings us handmade focaccia every morning that is truly delicious. We take care to fill it with a fresh cut of cold cuts or with vegetables and cheese for vegetarian customers.
Focaccine, stuffed savoury croissants, five-grain wholemeal puff pastry rolls. Even for a quick snack at lunchtime you are sure to find something light and tasty.
Otherwise, you can order a quick lunch directly at our kitchen counter.

Tea Forté is our exceptional partner that provides us precious infusions in pyramidal tea bags. The brand, created in 2003 by a famous American designer Peter Hewitt, great tea enthusiast, tells about a passion born and fined in the oriental tea houses, to transform a simple drink in an experience that touches all the senses.

Whether by choice or because of a specific intolerance, in our bakery you can find a selection of products, both sweet and savoury, containing only vegetable ingredients.
Milk, eggs and other animal derivatives have been eliminated to offer a choice that embraces nature.
Vegan brioches, vegan shortbread tarts with fruit jam and lard-free buns with vegetables and plant-based cheeses.
